Important paradigm shift
(1) ESN reject the use of the term
"BRAIN DRAIN". Instead it replace it by BRAIN MISMANAGEMENT".
(2) ESN believe that there is no such thing as "ETHIOPIAN DIASPORA". ESN believe that ETHIOPIA IS WHERE ETHIOPIANS ARE. Therefore Ethiopians will contributeto the development of their country at any time from any where.
